Pam is your personal project manager and your initial contact in our process either to get bids on your plan or get you started with a prelim from our architects. As your project progresses, she will assist with permitting and loan requirements.
She feels the exciting role is integrating your selections with your unique custom plan. Pam has a degree in design and keeps current in building trends in order to give you the most comprehensive service.

Tom Mallory - Office Manager
Tom has over 18 years with Armstrong from trusses to manager has given him an in-depth understanding of Armstrongs system and the residential market. He oversees our office and is our estimator.
Tom is very knowledgeable with lenders and has developed expertise in insurance claims. He is a family man and dedicated to community service. Originally from Shelton, WA, ask Tom about the fishing.

Steve Janssen - Superintendent
Steve has been with Armstrong for 15 years. A superior craftsman himself in his finishing business, he is a superior superintendent who has developed an excellent team of subcontractors who specialize in custom construction. With Steves keen eye for detail, he will be your on site supervisor. He will keep you informed as to the status and scheduling of your new home.
