Bring your plans or collaborate with our architectural team to design your custom plan that best suits your site and budget. Once we have your preliminary plan we give you a bid thus ensuring we are not over designing, a crucial service so as not to waste time or money. We can design a vacation cabin, mother-in-law cottage or your turn key dream home! You may select to integrate Green building techniques such as solar panels or radiant heat which complements Armstrongs sustainable panelized building methods. Your home may be approved by the LEED residential Green program. We will even assist you with banking and appraisal process.

Custom Home Building Permits
Permits We will be able to assist you through the permitting submittal process, obtain approval from health departments and building commies as well. We can also give referrals for utility contractors and manage their work.

It's Showtime! Ready For Your New Home!
Showtime! Our final preconstruction meeting will assure you of your total understanding of specifications and scope of work required by building officials. The foundation and site work will begin - viola in just 3 to 4 weeks your unique wall panels will arrive to your site to be erected in just a few hours!
From this stage your project can be managed by you directing our subcontractors or by our own professional superintendent, Steve, to save you time away from work and family.
